Join Namrata on this journey into Power Yoga. Revitalize your body and mind with Baptiste style Power Vinyasa yoga. This beginner session focuses on the fundamentals of Power Yoga highlighting the breathing techniques. Through the detoxifying sweat watch your flexibility and strength increase with each practice.

In this class, you will explore:

 

-    Asanas (yoga postures)

-    Ujjai breath (energy/ breathwork)

-    Bandas (energy locks/ centers)

-    Drishti (focus/ gaze)

 

Namrata will gently introduce you to a wonderful workout, and take you beyond your previous physical, emotional, and mental limitations.

People with all levels of fitness can benefit from this course. The program is designed to cater from couch potatoes to professional athletes!
